We always:
Give specific one-hour slots in which we aim to arrive. Should we be slightly delayed we will always contact you well in advance to advise you.
Quote a fair and predetermined hourly rate.
Do not charge an additional call-out fee.
Do not charge for quoting.
Carry public liability insurance.
Request that payment is due on completion of the project by cash, cheque or credit card.
Supply a Personal & Business Reference if requested.


We agree to:
Call at the property as requested and at previously agreed times.
Ensure that those tasks specified for a particular visit are completed during that visit.
Respect the privacy of all clients.
Arrive on time at the property and to ensure that client is notified of any delay or anticipated non-attendance as early as possible.
Inform client of any breakages or damage to property and/or contents immediately.
Wear flat clean footwear in all properties.
Inform clients of any problems with alarm systems.


You, as the Client agree:
To call us with as much notice as possible should the timings for us to visit be no longer suitable.
To allow AsDirected to have a chance to rectify any problems arising as a result of its work free of charge. This doesn't apply to materials which fail beyond our reasonable control.


We are not:
An emergency service – our work is booked and we can also accommodate for evenings and weekends.
Specialists of everything. We are just handymen. There may be some jobs that we are not able to tackle, in which case we will always tell you and endeavour to recommend a suitable specialist.
